We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Delivery is charged by the value of the goods in your basket (ex VAT); VAT at 20% is added to the delivery charge.

Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you may cancel an order for non-personalised goods within 14 days of the day you receive them. Tell us by email or phone, then return the goods unused and in their original condition. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Goods that are personalised or printed to your own artwork or specification are excluded from this cancellation right, except where they are faulty.
Damaged or faulty goods
Please check your delivery and report any damaged or faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs if possible, so we can put things right.
