Privacy notice

This is a placeholder privacy notice and must be reviewed before the site goes live.

Custom Signs & Print Ltd uses the details you provide through enquiry forms only to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations. We do not sell your data.

When you submit the quotation or contact form, your details are stored securely in our website's database with a reference number. Files you attach to a quotation request are uploaded to private storage that only our team can access; they are never published. Links to files sent to our team expire after a limited time.

We also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address for a short time to protect the forms from spam. We use your email address to send an acknowledgement of your enquiry.

Retention periods and our data processors will be confirmed before launch. To exercise your data rights, contact hello@customsignsandprint.uk.
